Job Description
Duties will include but shall not be limited to:
- Arranging meetings / diary management
- Drafting and creating client correspondence to assist with departmental activities
- Marketing
- Assist with project management
- Updating databases
- Reporting
This is a varied role which would suit someone who likes to keep busy and enjoys multitasking.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Previous Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Great time management skills
- High degree of IT literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
