Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to work strategically as part of the senior management team, but still be hands on with day to day finance tasks. You will over see the financial operations of the company and support the financial controller. This is a position which is perfect for a part qualified or newly qualified management accountant or finance manager who is looking for responsibility.
You will need to have prior experience of managing the financial health of a business, team management. Excellent knowledge of management accounting, cash flow forecasting and budgeting is required along with the ability to prepare financial reports.
The position will include:

• Monthly Management accounts
• Monthly reconciliation of all control accounts
• VAT
• Variance analysis
• Overseeing a purchase ledger team, and accounts payable function
• Preparation of annual budgets & monitoring
• Forecasting income and expenditure
• Payroll (overseeing)

The successful candidate will be flexible, commercially aware. It is essential that you have experience of budgeting and team management.
