Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Programme Procurement Specialist to be responsible for finding and approaching stakeholders within the business, understanding their requirements and managing the supply chain to meet these needs.
You’ll be required to network within the business to identify the correct stakeholders and budget holders and be responsible for managing stakeholders, ensuring they’re meeting needs with specified timeframes and to budget.

You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving ‘Security Check’ (SC) clearance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • MCIPS or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
  • Proven ability to negotiate with and manage subcontractors, including excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management
  • A highly experienced procurement/commercial practitioner
  • NEC contract experience desirable but not essential
  • Experiencing of managing supply chain within a transformation project preferable
