Process all monthly recurring and one-time payments/deductions and correspond with payroll provider on items outside system integration.
Perform input and output checks/reconciliations.
Actively participate in monthly review calls with payroll vendor.
Ensure collaborative and effective working relationship with payroll vendor.
Manage employees' work schedule as well as time and absence entitlements as far as not automated for us.
Implement changes to policies related to time or leave in collaboration with payroll provider.
Producing Absence Discussion invitation letters for the HR Function when an employee absence hits the trigger within the Absence Policy.
Perform a wide range of HR administrative tasks along an employee's life cycle - such as creation of new hire offer letters and contracts, job change letters and produce internal reference letters (tenancy references).
Enroll employees and maintain all benefit schemes.
Scheduling and implementing length of service award payment.
Manage end-to-end probation period follow-up.
Maintain personnel files.
Produce invitation letters relating to employee meetings.
Create ad-hoc reports as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong level of UK experience of working with an outsourced payroll process
Knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation and dealing with payroll queries
Experience of maintaining employees records in an HR Information System (preferably SAP)
Experience of producing documentation relating to key milestones in the employee lifecycle (contracts and offers, onboarding, references, maternity/paternity, changes of hours and other terms, meeting invitation letters, leaver documentation)
Solid MS Excel and Word knowledge
Proficient in following systems would be beneficial: SAP-HCM, PeopleDoc, Ceridian-Dayforce.
