Job Description

We are looking to recruit a confident, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Specialist Imms Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Support Officer to work as part of a small but vital specialist imms team and to provide high quality administration and data analysis of Immunization uptake.
The role requires the undertaking of a range of duties including diary management, taking meeting notes, using a variety of IT application, undertaking data analysis of information from Public Health Wales, spread sheets/action plans, producing immunization uptake reports, setting up databases, Immunization dashboard, monitoring/management of Immunization service enquiries, answering the phone and managing calls, maintenance of records systems, dealing with incoming correspondence, arranging Immunization training, appointments and meetings.
The post holder will be required to establish and maintain effective communication with a wide variety of multi-disciplinary teams, partner Organizations, patients, their relatives and other professionals.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
