Job Description

Work as part of a team to provide a high quality service, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. Working closely with and to a high standard with other members on a range of National Screening and Immunization Programmes, specifically in maintaining an accurate database of children resident within the locality to ensure all contractual responsibilities are achieved. Administer and process patient information and appointments, accurately recording and validating information and updating computerized data systems relating to child health.

We believe in saving and improving lives and are passionate about driving forward significant improvements to the provision of safe, high-quality integrated health and social care to our local community.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Relevant Business or Admin Qualification or equivalent to NVQ Level 2
  • ECDL
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Accurate and efficient IT/keyboard skills
  • Effective personal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently or as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a public sector organization
  • Experience of utilizing CHISS
  • Experience of MS Office packages - word and outlook
