The main focus of the Team is to ensure our students meet; the disclosure and barring service (DBS); health; and professional requirements necessary for them to commence and continue their studies and engage in clinical placements. We are also responsible for ensuring students are fit to practice and provide administrative support for disciplinary meetings.
You will be required to priorities your workload, manage multiple tasks within deadlines, maintain various databases, collate documentation and arrange and service meetings and provide excellent and efficient customer service.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well-organized individual with relevant qualifications, demonstrable experience and an excellent eye for detail. The ability to work accurately and flexibly in a busy and constantly changing environment is essential.
Experience of working in a student compliance / appeals / disciplinary role, dealing with complex and sensitive information and managing difficult conversations is desirable.
