You will contribute to the delivery of customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support of the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery programme, as a part an expanding and enthusiastic team based across Plymouth. Each team member seeks to enhance the student and stakeholder experience throughout their time with the University.
You will have experience operating effectively as a member of an administrative team within a customer service environment. A flexible and resilient attitude in an ever changing environment will be vital, alongside organization skills, excellent IT skills (including spreadsheets and databases), the ability to proactively identify and seek resolutions to problems, and ability to work within tight deadlines. Good communication skills, team-work and data reporting are essential.
Experience working in a medical or education function/environment (or equivalent) would be desirable.
