Job Description

You will provide dedicated support on your assigned client portfolio to pro-actively drive the audit engagement cycle.

  • On a day-to-day basis you will provide dedicated support to your client team - taking ownership for the key activities which form part of the service delivery, pro-actively driving the audit engagement cycle.
  • Act as a point of contact for multiple stakeholders in the engagement team, and client, and deal with non-technical coordination queries and proactively build ongoing internal and external relationships.
  • Prepare supporting financial analysis on budgets, invoices and cash collection; providing budget support and helping managers maintain the expected levels of margin and revenue across a series of complex budgets.
  • Work closely with overseas GDS (Global Delivery Service) team, delegating routine admin tasks - supervise and monitor the work of the GDS function maintaining overall responsibility for task completion.
  • Join team and department meetings and provide a positive experience to senior staff when engaging with an ASA.
  • Participate in training and development of key processes and systems to ensure skills and experiences are maintained and developed.
  • Act as a buddy to new joiners to support their onboarding process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have a strong understanding of account management with proven project administration skills.
  • Numeracy skills and budget management experience.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, exercising good judgment, knowing when to flag issues and when to deal with independently.
  • Ability to think quickly, independently in managing own workload, sometimes working under pressure to meet competing demands.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience to make impactful decisions and be solution driven.
  • High level of competency in MS Office with advanced level MS Excel
