Job Description
  • Reporting to the HR Manager you will assist with HR administration, and answer general HR queries
  • Maintain the HR employee database and relevant records for reporting
  • Send out induction packs and issue contracts/offer letters to new starters and contracted employees
  • Update payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly
  • Carry out pre-employment checks, right to work, and references

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable, but not necessary
  • Experience working with payroll is advantageous
  • Professional with an employee focused approach
  • An enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn

Experience:

  • Human resources: 2 years (required)
