Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join their Payroll and Finance teams on a part-time basis. Our client is a successful charity that prides itself on its accessibility and core values. Their trusted and tailored packages are essential to those in need.

  • Carrying out general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents. 
  • Preparations and postage of payroll packages, distribution of mail, and managing outgoing post.
  • Setting up new clients on the CRM system, maintaining client records, and assisting with any other duties from time to time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks.
