This is an opportunity to engage with students and support them whilst at the University, playing a key role in facilitating their journey; effectively communicating with students, academics, clinicians and colleagues. The role will provide support to the Programme Administrators in addition to opportunities to provide support across the team.
You will have experience operating effectively as a member of an administrative team within a customer service environment. A flexible and resilient attitude in an ever-changing and challenging environment will be vital.
You will need organization skills, excellent IT skills (including spreadsheets and databases), the ability to be pragmatic and proactively solution-focused to seek resolutions to problems and have the ability to work within tight deadlines. Good communication skills, minute taking, team-work and data reporting are also essential. Experience working in a medical or education function/environment (or equivalent) would be desirable.
