The role is an integral role within a dynamic team that supports Imaging IT systems in the clinical and technical environments. Our ultimate focus is to enable the delivery of patient care - in partnership with our clinical colleagues.

We are looking for a patient focused, diplomatic IT professional, who is self-motivated, able to complete tasks as well as integrate into a team with passion and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will be a very effective communicator, who is able to provide on-going support to a wide user base, while also taking ownership of issues and problems.

The applicant will have proven problem-solving skills and a tenacity to work on an issue until resolved along with the ability to handle, process and priorities multiple requests for work. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial when dealing with large volumes of patient data, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The team have a strong work ethic and have a reputation for getting things done; the successful candidate will be expected to go above and beyond; sometimes after hours to keep our core values and patient centered services running.

As a team player with effective time management skills, the successful candidate will be a core member of the Imaging IT team, delivering customer focused activity to enable high quality patient orientated services. The role includes first and second line support.
