We are looking to recruit a Supporter Care Administrator to perform a range of vital functions under the supervision of the Supporter Care Officers and within the Supporter Experience Team here at the company to enable us to provide first class supporter services to our supporters, staff and volunteers.
The role entails the processing and thanking of donations, responsibility for managing queries and potential complaints from our supporters, responding to internal requests and queries from colleagues both within our team and the wider fundraising directorate and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

As we deal with sensitive situations from our supporters, staff and volunteers on a regular basis, a strong sense of empathy and an awareness of what is most appropriate is vital. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great track record of providing high quality customer service in a similar environment.
We expect all our team to be able to process at high speed to a very high standard. Experience of using a contact management database is essential in addition to excellent ICT skills.
You should have excellent attention to detail and a determination to produce and maintain a high standard of work. Data quality is key to the role.
As well as having a clear supporter focus, you should be able to manage a varied and challenging workload and have experience of working to deadlines. You should be self-motivated with great problem-solving skills and able to identify opportunities to improve.
