- Comply with appropriate policy and safety requirements at all times.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to inform the forecasting of demands.
- Process, manage and authorize orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on stock availability, materiel accounting requirements and procurement issues for the ranges of equipment they have responsibility for.
- Update and maintain item and financial data records accurately to ensure process compliance and operational efficiency.
- Escalate any complex issues to senior colleagues and suggest areas for improvement where necessary.
- Monitor deliveries and dues in and hasten where necessary to ensure inventory is kept at required levels.
The role will require you to be proactive and able to work independently, therefore, having good communication skills both verbally and in writing are key. You will need to have a flexible attitude and be conscientious in your work with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
