Job Description
  • Review and post job descriptions.
  • Post on various job boards and assist in sourcing candidates
  • Help with shortlisting of candidates and sending out interview invites.
  • Complete on-boarding tasks
  • Maintain records ensuring that accurate information can be easily obtained.
  • Carry out all pre-employment checks, including right to work checks.
  • Obtain new joiner references.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Director.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with recruitment and on-boarding process.
  • Excellent customer service & IT skills, with good telephone manner.
