Job Description
The successful candidate will be proactive and provide professional, customer focused day-to-day 'hands on’ Office Administration’ support of the workplace and the Workplace Office Manager in the areas of: service solutions (mail, reprographics, records management, stationery). Working closely with our approved partners in the operation and administration of day-to-day workplace services.
- To provide a professional, friendly, and helpful customer focused service to our clients each day
- Manage onsite and offsite records management
- Working with the mail team to sort and deliver courier and mail items received throughout the day
- Taking receipt of parcels from the courier drivers in the loading bay, maintaining an audit trail using our internal systems
- Reprographics services including printing, laminating, wire binding and scanning
- Working to deadlines, ensuring jobs are complete within requested or agreed time frames
- Stock management, housekeeping of work areas and ordering paper, Xerox consumables and stationery
- Filling cupboards with stationery and photocopier paper, loading paper and toner into photocopier
- Ensure you follow QHSE policies and procedures for safe working environment and safe use of equipment
