Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior HR Assistant to join our team. You will become part of a supportive team, working alongside the Assistant HR Advisor, HR Advisors and HR Business Partners whilst contributing to the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service through a professional, customer-focused approach.

This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent opportunity to develop a range of HR administration skills as well as an understanding of the health and social care sector. You will have the opportunity to learn from your HR colleagues and will be encouraged to rise to all challenges and opportunities available to you.

Previous experience of working in an HR administration role is essential.

We would welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate transferrable skills along with excellent communication skills, be competent users in all Microsoft Office packages. You must be able to multitask and priorities your workload with the ability to set deadlines using a methodical approach.
