Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To deal with telephone / email enquiries.
  • Create and maintain filing systems / client files.
  • Arrange meetings / book appointments.
  • Update and maintain the firm's records / registers, as required.
  • Update and maintain the firm's task management system.
  • Liaising with product providers, as and when necessary.
  • Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial review reports / letters.
  • Create financial reports using spreadsheets.
  • Prepare client portfolio reviews and meeting packs.
  • To attend staff meetings as and when required.
  • Maintain a computerized customer database and diary.
  • Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.

The client is offering a excellent overall package including: basic salary to £27,000 + bonus and company benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Private Healthcare, Pension, full exam support etc. They also offer flexible working to all staff.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally, you'll have at least 2 year’s experience as an Administrator within an Independent Financial Advisory firm, but candidates with experience from other backgrounds within Financial Services or graduates with a keen interest in Financial Services will also be considered. We are looking for somebody with the ability to learn quickly who will become an important member of the team going forwards.
