Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to the success of an ambitious business that is renowned for being a fantastic employer. You will be working closely with our team of audit managers supporting them with the management of their portfolio of clients and helping ensure the team is working effectively.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Administering client engagement procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued and systems are kept up to date
  • Liaising with our tax teams and other service lines to ensure all work is properly scheduled and delivered on time
  • Supporting client managers and partners with management of costs on client assignments and timely billing
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with new client set up processes, including the completion of anti-money laundering checks
  • Arranging timely submission of financial statements and monitoring of progress towards client and filing deadlines for the managers
  • Assisting with drafting of client documents from templates to support the audit managers and partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong administration skills - it would be highly desirable for applicants to have previously worked within a professional services environment, but this isn’t essential.
  • Strong IT skills – good MS Word and MS Excel skills are essential
  • A well-organized approach to work with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A pro-active and flexible approach to work – this role continues to evolve and we are looking for a candidate who can identify other areas where they could provide support and been keen to take on new challenges.
