Job Description

The business urgently seeks to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join them on an ongoing basis (potentially long term), with full time working hours. The business has a sizeable headcount of employees working across multiple sites and this role will work within a highly experienced and efficiently functioning people management team.

This is a broad contract that represents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with limited human resources exposure looking to develop their career in the sector, or an experienced office administrator seeking a move into a people management function.

Key responsibilities to include:

  • Support a diverse range of HR administration duties using bespoke HR software systems 
  • Recruitment: Assisting with all areas of the recruitment function including vacancy advertisements, interviewing and onboarding process
  • Human resources administration including assistance with payroll, maintenance of HR date, employee relations, training and development

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience gained either in a people management function, or a fast-paced administration department. Candidates that are working towards CIPD or qualified to CIPD 3 (or above), are most welcome to apply. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously. The role works within a passionate, people focused department where an enthusiastic and solutions focused attitude will be essential.
