The charity has a sizeable headcount of employees working across multiple sites and this role will work within a highly experienced and efficiently functioning people management team. This is a full time, interim contract with a fixed duration of 12 months. The charity offers a hybrid working arrangement for employees that seek up to 2 days of remote working per week.

We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience gained either in a people management function, or a fast-paced administration department. Candidates that are working towards CIPD or qualified to CIPD 3 (or above), are most welcome to apply. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously. The role works within a passionate, people focused department where an enthusiastic and solutions focused attitude will be essential.
