Job Description

The successful applicant will provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team working with clients with mental health problems. There will be some client and career telephone contact therefore good communication skills will be essential. The team works with people who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis as well as supporting their families and careers. The work is both varied and interesting and you will be a member of a supportive team.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organizational ability and good communication skills both written and verbally. You must possess an NVQ 2 or3 in Business Administration or equivalent administration qualification/experience and be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work in addition to demonstrating tact and diplomacy. The team operates from Monday to Friday within normal office hours.
