Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to join the company at a senior level as PA to the Managing Director. The role includes a wide variety of responsibilities, including the traditional PA/Administrative duties, planning and attending events, supporting other managers on an ad hoc basis.
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Diary management and organization - setting reminders and general organization of all aspects of the requirements on a day-to-day basis including identification and resolution of potential issues and last-minute changes
- Typing and compiling correspondence
- All aspects of administration and filing
- Coordinating full, complex and often last minute travel arrangements for the MD and other management overseas and within the UK
- Organizing some personal commitments and travel
- Managing requests such as emails, calls, visits by drafting responses and redirecting as appropriate to efficiently manage the MD's time
- Dealing with incoming emails, calls and post, screening and responding to these on behalf of the MD where appropriate
- Attending, organizing, and assisting with company events and representing the company on such occasions where required
- Corporate mailings
- Order supplies
- Meet and greet office visitors and clients
- Liaise with and maintain good relationships with contractors, suppliers, maintenance, etc
- Manage expenses
