Job Description

You will be an integral part of the HR Team offering support to the wider business on all Screening Administration matters. The role will provide the opportunity to take ownership of the Security Screening process and be able to share knowledge and best practice at all levels within the Company.

  • Coordinate and oversee the Security Screening process throughout the Company.
  • Completion of Home Office Clearance for all Engineers ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate any outsourced Security Screening to ensure progress is being made.
  • Request employment references for all new starters via phone and email.
  • Submit all electronic DBS Applications via the online portal.
  • Ensure processes and deadlines are met through chasing up required information and escalation to management if necessary.
  • Support in ensuring the HR Inbox is kept at a manageable level with all queries responded to within a 24-hour period.
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Assist in the day-to-day HR administration duties.
  • Completion of all Customer specific clearance requirements.
  • Provide ex-employee references as and when required.
  • Liaising with the Payroll team to provide new starter documentation and to ensure an effective working relationship is maintained
  • Production and issuing of Company ID badges for employees and subcontractors when required.
  • Supporting the HR Department with any ad hoc duties and projects when required.
