You’ll provide general administration support by undertaking routine clerical activities to support service delivery. Such responsibilities will include franking of post, ensuring that it is distributed, collected correctly and that issues are promptly resolved.
You will make outbound calls to customers and update customer details on internal systems. You will also attend weekly performance and catch up meetings and take minutes.
In addition, you’ll act as first point of contact, providing basic information, directing calls and monitoring the team inbox. Organize, file and store documents in accordance with approved systems, prepare routing correspondence, collate and check information for completeness and refer issues to appropriate person.
