Job Description
- Deliver a customer experience that generates positive customer compliments
- Follow the standard telephone call script ensuring that all telephone calls are handled consistently and correctly over the phone
- Ensure all customers are greeted and served with a friendly and professional approach
- Ensure that the membership enquiry process is followed correctly every time and that you can recognize opportunity of sales through enquiry
- Upselling / Cross selling further activities or products like
- memberships, accessories, personal training or swimming lessons
You will work on a two-week Rota - one week will be 32 hours, the second week will be 21.5 hours (see below)
- Week 1 - Monday 1pm - 9pm, Friday 2.30pm - 10.30pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 8am - 4pm (32 hours)
- Week 2 - Thursday 4pm - 9pm, Saturday 11am - 7pm, Sunday 12pm -10pm (21.5 hours)
