The key position of Content Administrator will see the successful candidate tracking and managing content produced for agency clients.
Taking a comprehensive view of asset production, your role will ensure the agency is keeping to strictly the highest levels of creative effectiveness and protecting client brands.
You will be responsible for all assets and day-to-day you will ensure published assets are entered correctly into an asset management library, making sure they are up-to-date and stored in the most organized fashion. You’ll manage both the publishing of content to the asset library, along with the QC of client supplied content. You will be in charge of the release of assets and own reporting information.
The role would suit someone highly organized with strong administration skills, ideally with some experience working with databases or CRM systems. You could be a recent graduate if you have some work experience and can demonstrate where you have used systems and processes, and that you can be very organized and methodical.
