Working with the directorates/multidisciplinary teams and other key stakeholders to ensure patients are moved swiftly through their diagnostic pathways whist ensuring adherence to national waiting time standards and best practice timed pathways.
Previous knowledge of working in a customer care environment is essential. Experience of working in a relevant hospital-based role (Booking & Scheduling / Theatre scheduling background) and an understanding of National Cancer NHS waiting time targets would be desirable.
