Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a good insight into common IT systems and databases. You will have a high degree of administration experience, excellent communication skills and good time management and organizational skills. You will have skills to work independently and as part of a wider team. 
The post holder will work as an integral part of the assessment and accreditation team. They will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical, administrative and secretarial type support to the team. The role will involve the use of various IT systems and the post holder must adapt to utilize various organizational IT databases. The post holder will input into various service processes and will require a high degree of organizational skills. The role will involve the post holder being actively involved in organizing and scheduling assessments and reassessments. They will prepare background data reports for the preparation of assessments and monitor the return of action plans following the assessment process. They will also be responsible for key communication with the wider organization and key stakeholders.
