Job Description
The main goal of this role is to support the operations department to raise various paperwork for shipments outside of the UK, such as commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
What will I be doing?
- Liaising with warehouse staff to obtain packing details for daily shipments
- Book & track daily export collections with freight providers as per daily schedule
- Liaising with sales managers in Republic of Ireland to arrange stock transfers to Dublin warehouse, and raise relevant paperwork
- Issuing shipping documents to customers in a timely manner, and additional reports (e.g. backlog) as required
- Order entry – processing Export customer orders in a timely manner. Issuing order acknowledgments
- Raising manual credit notes and invoices as required
- General office administration tasks
