Job Description

We are recruiting for an HR Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract that offer flexible working (3 days in the office and 2 at home) and is ideally looking for full-time hours – although 30 hours minimum can be considered.
The department are extremely busy delivering a new HR System so need an extra pair of hands within the team! They are looking for a capable, professional individual who is happy to work independently answering queries, taking notes in a Recruitment and Internal Promotion processes as well as coordinating activities for new starters and visitors.
You will need to:

  • To administer HR processes including internal promotion, appraisal, training, sickness and other absences.
  • To respond to standard queries, checking against policies forwarding to the relevant team member.
  • To organize meetings, check availability, book meeting rooms and take minutes where required.
  • Ability to use MS word, excel and outlook (essential)
  • Experience using HR databases (CIPHR desirable)

This is a 12-month fixed- term contract, based in the City Centre. Great benefits and a salary of £21,154 - £23,500.
