Job Description

We are looking for you to be a positive and pro-active individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively both verbally and written.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for completing administrative support and assistance to enable the Business Support Manager to meet business objectives within Facilities Engineering. You will work and engage with various Senior Managers and their teams to provide administration and secretarial support to the teams within that Group.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the management of Senior Manager’s diaries
  • Arranging and setting up meeting rooms
  • Managing the correct files for documents
  • Supporting in the setting up of IT
  • Managing business support requests through a shared mailbox
  • Liaising with the Security Team to support visitor requests

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Hold GCSE’s in English and Math’s at grade C or equivalent
  • NVQ L2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within an office environment and competent in Microsoft office tools, especially Excel.
