Job Description
You will be undertaking all Secretarial and Administrative duties, including word processing, typing, filing, mail distribution and associated office routines in direct support of Projects.
Your main duties will consist of:
- Arranging Design Reviews, Safety Assessments, Plan of the Day and Progress Meetings via liaison with External Customers. Undertake taking of minutes and distribute as necessary of all such meetings / reviews.
- Maintaining and updating Project Managers electronic information records via SharePoint.
- Facilitating / arranging site visits from customers through to contractors.
- Support the team to deliver excellent customer service to Time, Cost and Quality
