Aside from helping to create processes and having your say in how the finance department moves forward, you’ll also find yourself billing customers, dealing with prepayments, processing weekly payment runs, monthly payroll and any adhoc tax payments.
You will also assist with the maintenance of the fixed asset register and the posting of the monthly depreciation as well as tracking and monitoring monthly accruals and forecasting.
It’s very important you have a good level of knowledge in Excel as a lot of your work is Excel based. You will also be using a software called ZERO. As well as this you should have worked within a similar environment / role.
