Ensure the effective operation of the network, interpreting technical information to make the best decisions for the customers e.g., frequent reservoir level checks
Carry out proactive analysis of service failure risk from numerous data sources
Action alarms in accordance with the Alarm Philosophy Report system abnormalities to the appropriate departments Carry out works in accordance with outages/ authorised operations Liaise with Supply Duty Officers/Managers
Conduct call outs as required by the business i.e. all contact to site-based staff based on out of hours customer contact, production staff, alarm company's etc.
Raise and assign work orders where required for site staff
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent inter-personal skills, you will effectively interact with internal departments and key stakeholders
Resolve any issues and ensure the highest customer service is maintained.
You will be numerate, literate and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
IT competency is essential
You will need to have the ability to work on you own and confident in doing so at all times of the day. Loan policies and procedures are in place.
