Job Description
  • Ensure the effective operation of the network, interpreting technical information to make the best decisions for the customers e.g., frequent reservoir level checks
  • Carry out proactive analysis of service failure risk from numerous data sources
  • Action alarms in accordance with the Alarm Philosophy Report system abnormalities to the appropriate departments Carry out works in accordance with outages/ authorised operations Liaise with Supply Duty Officers/Managers
  • Conduct call outs as required by the business i.e. all contact to site-based staff based on out of hours customer contact, production staff, alarm company's etc.
  • Raise and assign work orders where required for site staff

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, you will effectively interact with internal departments and key stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues and ensure the highest customer service is maintained.
  • You will be numerate, literate and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • IT competency is essential
  • You will need to have the ability to work on you own and confident in doing so at all times of the day. Loan policies and procedures are in place.
