Job Description
  • Booking of customer annual service visits, including contacting the customer, scheduling the engineers, and raising and checking the necessary work reports
  • Follow up with customers after engineer visit and arrange quotations where required
  • Raising support tickets on system
  • Providing quotations, and taking orders for parts
  • Liaising with the technical team where required
  • Handle incoming service related calls, emails and manage webchat

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience within a corporate customer service environment
  • Must be organized and able to manage priorities
  • Excellent Microsoft skills and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and team members
