Booking of customer annual service visits, including contacting the customer, scheduling the engineers, and raising and checking the necessary work reports
Follow up with customers after engineer visit and arrange quotations where required
Raising support tickets on system
Providing quotations, and taking orders for parts
Liaising with the technical team where required
Handle incoming service related calls, emails and manage webchat
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a corporate customer service environment
Must be organized and able to manage priorities
Excellent Microsoft skills and computer skills
Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and team members
