Job Description

Main duties will include:

• Dealing within incoming enquiries via telephone and email
• Processing orders
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners regarding order progress
• Providing customer quotations
• Occasional outbound calls to customers promoting new products and offers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an office based sales or customer service role. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to multi-task and the confidence to make outbound calls when required.
