Job Description

You will have strong administration skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment. You will have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including word and excel. You will have excellent organizational and communication skills.
You will be required to manage referrals for COVID-19 staff testing, including contacting staff members to schedule and book appointments. Maintaining an accurate bookings spreadsheet, you will support with the testing team to maximize capacity and manage an efficient service.
You will provide administration support to ensure accurate testing records are maintained. You will also be required to answer incoming calls into the department relating to COVID-19 and escalate queries as required. Weekend working will be required on a Rota basis.
You will be working autonomously but referring to a senior manager when necessary. You will be responsible for managing referrals for staff Covid testing, including staff members as well as affiliates. Work flexibly and collaboratively with the service coordinators.
You will provide administration support and covering reception when required. You will follow agreed processes and procedures within deadlines as set out in service level agreements.
Supporting the delivery of effective and efficient services. Ensuring administration processes are carried out efficiently, whilst working with colleagues to ensure that they are continually reviewed and evaluated.
