Job Description

Your main role will be assisting with all in-house recruitment. You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing all job descriptions with all hiring Managers
  • Creating Job Adverts, posting them to job boards and providing the wording to the companies Digital Marketing team
  • Sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates, sending interview invitations and packs to interviewing panels
  • Ensuring all Pre-employment checks are carried out as part of the recruitment process, including right to work checks and references
  • Dealing with all on-boarding activities, such as offer letters and contracts of employment.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Associate Director of HR
  • Supporting the HR team with the development and implementation of the people management projects

In return, the company offer -

  • 8.30 – 5.00 (with an hour break) or 9.00 – 5.00 (with a 30 min break)
  • Salary is competitive, to be discussed on application
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, which increases to 30 days A/L after 5 years service.
  • 3 month probation period
