Job Description

The successful candidate will be perform a variety of administrative tasks in rotation across a number departments such as Administration, Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Payroll. You will deal with a number of integral business matters whilst supporting each department in the smooth running of day to day operations.

  • Data management.
  • Dealing with incoming queries.
  • Liaising with the business units and suppliers.
  • Posting Invoices and raising recharges.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems.

Hours:

  • Basic Working Hours 36.50
  • Monday – Friday 08.45 am – 5.15pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • General experience in an office environment.
  • Willingness to be flexible and versatile.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Self- motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience using / navigating SAP.
  • A clean full UK driving license.
