Job Description
The successful candidate will be perform a variety of administrative tasks in rotation across a number departments such as Administration, Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Payroll. You will deal with a number of integral business matters whilst supporting each department in the smooth running of day to day operations.
- Data management.
- Dealing with incoming queries.
- Liaising with the business units and suppliers.
- Posting Invoices and raising recharges.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems.
Hours:
- Basic Working Hours 36.50
- Monday – Friday 08.45 am – 5.15pm
