Job Description

To ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and ensure the department effectively communicates in all aspects.

  • Provision of administrative support from a central administration team
  • Delivering a positive customer service experience that meets business requirements
  • Process and disseminate inbound/outbound post.
  • To record, investigate and close out all issues, concerns and/or complaints ensuring compliance to our procedures.
  • To order stationery as required and ensure adequate stock is available.
  • To book meeting rooms as required and ensure buffets are available as appropriate.
  • To respond to the changing needs of the customer, ensuring a positive customer service experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good level of interpersonal skills (i.e. listening, empathy)
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • A team player who can support and promote corporate objectives
  • Experience of supporting operational teams
  • Experience of planning, organizing and prioritizing workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
