Job Description
  • Add new assessment materials to the internal database
  • Generating candidate results
  • Reviewing and processing assessment feedback
  • Preparing for assessments including sending out invites, setting up rooms
  • Booking catering
  • Minute taking
  • Answering incoming queries for the department
  • Assist colleagues when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong administrative skills and previous experience of running assessments, meetings and events
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience of relevant software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internal bespoke systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
  • Great organizational ability and attention to detail
