Job Description

The Global Payroll Manager - Global Tech Business will be responsible for

  • Overseeing the payroll processing and ensuring a timely and accurate payroll across the EMEA Global payrolls
  • Meet all statutory government requirements; HMRC, SSP, SMP
  • Responsible for overall leadership of the payroll team, including hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel
  • Responsible for being the driving for behind process and system changes
  • Lead various projects within the business as needed; liaising with senior stakeholders as required
  • Producing detailed reports to the senior leadership team
  • Responsible for all aspects of operational and process controls around payroll
  • Process Calendar monthly payrolls for Global employees

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful applicant for the Global Payroll Manager - Global Tech Business will be:

  • Previous experience having supervised and developed a team
  • A strong understanding of Global compliance issues
  • Ideally worked in a global organisation, experience within a Telecommunications business would be a bonus
  • Ran multiple payrolls across the EMEA region and Globally
  • Interacted with all levels of team members and external auditors
  • Ideally hold a CIPP qualification or be working towards it
  • A broad understanding of numerous payroll systems as well as handling a large amount of data across EMEA
