Develop and implement a contact strategy to ensure the panel has regular contact and understanding of the proposition
Proactively engages with the panel members and documents activity appropriately.
Develops solid understanding of the distributor business model, it’s customer type and how it generates new business.
Delivers proposition updates to distributers through variety of mediums eg Phone, webinar, email.
Supports marketing activity and follows up campaign leads accordingly.
Attends Network events face to face where required.
Follows up on all event activity with attending advisers.
Takes ownership of problems and seeks appropriate solutions to remove barriers to doing business.
Identifies and raises to line manager any concerns in regard to distributer behaviour.
From time to time the Sales and Marketing Director may request additional tasks are supported by the telephone account manager, examples are on-boarding of new distributors, MI reporting, providing cover if a team member is absent.
