Job Description

You will take a lead role in informing the direction of their ICT Roadmap by developing close working relationships with the ICT Product Partner team and wider business, which will help to provide a holistic view of business needs and priorities.

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project delivery by providing analytical, training and project management resources to their ICT workstreams who will be delivering new and improved products and systems. You will ensure effective knowledge transfer to business stakeholders and take overall responsibility for the deployment of third line support on all application systems.

You will be required to develop, coach and mentor a team of Business Project Analysts who will provide and support the functions of analysis, project management, training, testing, and application support. The post holder will work alongside internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure they track the development opportunities of their products and services and manage the delivery of third line application support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role you will ideally have worked as a Business Analyst and/or have a project management qualification or background. You will bring experience of leading effective project teams, defining and mapping processes and will be able to demonstrate how you have successfully delivered solutions.

You will be competent in leading and developing a high performing team with an ability to prioritise projects that deliver strategic business benefits and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role will involve working with stakeholders at all levels across their organisation as well as external suppliers. An ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills is therefore required.
