Job Description
- Provide project management to one or more projects in the Human Biological Samples (HBS) Transformation Program
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement processes, for providing accurate project information for decision making and business reporting, and for capacity, budget and resource management.
- Delivery of routine sample processing to increase quality and productivity
- Build of a new, automated central Biocentre and digitization of the associated local HBS services, and the HBS lifecycle
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong Project Management Experience within a scientific project management environment
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience)
- Professional project management qualification (e.g. PMP)
- High-level understanding and interest in Biosamples
- Experience of using PLANIT to accurately forecast resource and maintain milestones
