The focus is to deliver world-class customer service in a fast paced environment to delight our customers, grow our business and contribute towards achieving and exceeding Northfields' goals and targets. The Customer Services Coordinator will be the primary internal point of contact for a defined customer base, working predominantly on-site and supporting both the internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.
Key responsibilities of the role will include processing new and repeat customer orders, customer invoicing, creating purchase orders and coordinating artwork preparation in line with the service level agreements.
You will be expected to analyze customer forecasts, forward plan stock replenishment, proactively reduce made to order stock within the warehouse and continually challenge and develop internal process.
In order to be successful in the role you must be able to build strong relations with customers, both internal and external, work well with the customer services team to provide a flexible and efficient service and be competent in dealing with customer complaints, reporting the data and finding resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
