- Answering the telephone
- Logging and scanning documentation
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Processing letters of authority and obtaining full information on clients' plans and ensuring workflow is kept up to date
- Preparation of signup documentation ensuring all necessary forms are pre-populated correctly and tabbed ready for the client to sign.
- Submit and process new business in accordance with company workflow procedures ensuring clients are kept up to date on a regular basis. Minimum of fortnightly.
- General administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate back-office records
- Liaising with providers by telephone/correspondence
- Creating and maintaining good business communication relationships with all staff
- Always working accurately and professionally within stated boundaries.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of regulatory requirements.
